Lesson Cancellation - If you have to cancel a lesson, I require that 24 hour notice is given. My business is appointment based and only works when appointments are kept. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, then that scheduled lesson will be forfeited.

Catcher Policy - I request that when scheduling a lesson that someone must accompany the pitcher to act as her catcher during the lesson. This is so that I may give 100% attention to the pitcher and her form.
